Osaka Tsutenkaku

Osaka Tsutenkaku is one of the famous landmarks in Osaka, Japan, located in the Shinsekai district. It is one of the tallest buildings in Osaka, standing at a height of approximately 103 meters. The tower was originally built in 1912 and later reconstructed in 1956, becoming a modern tourist destination.

The design of Tsutenkaku was inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris and the observation towers in New York City. Its exterior exudes a retro style, especially when illuminated by neon lights at night. Visitors can take an elevator to the observation deck of Tsutenkaku, where they can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the city, including Osaka’s downtown, Osaka Bay, and the surrounding areas.

The Shinsekai district around Tsutenkaku is also a vibrant area with a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Here, you can savor Osaka’s cuisine, shop for souvenirs, and even experience some traditional Japanese amusement park attractions.

Tsutenkaku represents the unique culture and history of Osaka and is an ideal destination for tourists to appreciate the city’s scenery and cultural charm. Whether during the day or night, it offers an unforgettable visiting experience.
