PAYMENT
A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to complete your booking. The balance can be paid to the driver in yen cash .
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1.Cancellation Regulations:
Following order confirmation, if a customer needs to cancel their order due to personal reasons, cancellation fees will be charged based on the interval between the cancellation time and the scheduled departure time. These fees will serve as compensation for the seller’s operational losses. The specific regulations are as follows:
▶More than 30 days before departure, 10% of the total order cost will be deducted.
▶More than 20 days before departure, 20% of the total order cost will be deducted.
▶More than 10 days before departure, 25% of the total order cost will be deducted .
▶Less than 10 days before departure, 30% of the total order cost will be deducted.
▶Less than 3 days before departure , 50% of the total order cost will be deducted.
▶Less than 1 days before departure , 100% of the total order cost will be deducted.
Customers are kindly advised to carefully read the above cancellation regulations before cancelling your order and ensure you understand all the above contents .
2.Please pay the remaining tour fee on the first day of the trip.
3.Kingtai Travel is not responsible for items lost during the trip. Please keep your belongings safe.
4.If you have committed a crime or violated the law in Japan, causing you to be deported from Japan and causing the trip to be unable to continue, KingTaiTravel will not be able to refund the travel fees you have paid. Please note!
